Revocation clause

Clause revoking all previous wills.

This usually takes the form of a clause at the beginning of the will to the effect that the will is the last will of the person making the will and that all earlier wills are revoked.

This is done to minimise any doubts regarding which is the valid will in the event of there being more than one will.
